Quiche

¾ cup shredded Swiss cheese
¾ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
4 eggs, beaten
2 cups milk
1 tablespoon flour
¼ teaspoon pepper
¼ teaspoon salt
1 green onion, chopped
1 pie crust

Bake the pie crust at 400* for 5 minutes. When you take out the crust reduce the oven heat to 350*

Place bacon, onion and cheese in crust. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix, pour into the crust.

Bake at 350* for 1 hour or until set.
